With due respect it is to inform you that on *th November, **** an amount of Rs. **,***/- has been paid to my landlord (abhijitnag@upi) through CRED, but the above amount not yet credited to the account of payee till today, whereas the amount has already been debited from my Credit Card( ICICI Amazon Pay).
In this connection I have raised the issue with the CRED Customer support team several times but the problem is not resolved by them so far. And thus they have been harassing me for a long time. Screenshots of the relevant conversations with the CRED Support are enclosed as ready reference.
As such you are hereby requested to look into the matter as you are PSP partner of CRED(TRAP) and resolve the issue as early as possible.
