Lenovo (INDIA) Private Limited - Pathetic Premium Care

I lodged a complaint about a bent screen on **th May ****. It is *th august **** today and the grievance has not been solved. In fact, the engineer from Lenovo visited my place and broke the LCD screen, and left the site marked it as resolved. I had to call up the toll-free of the so-called premium care and wait for an hour before they picked up my call to reopen the case. Another engineer showed up today and left the site telling me that the screen cannot be replaced as the LCD is damaged and I am not able to reach out to any executive from Lenovo support. They keep on closing the case even if the issue is not resolved. The service being provided is pathetic. The routine is they come, say it cannot be replaced and I have to keep waiting on them till they revert back to me. I am renting monitors from various people and using them just because these guys broke my screen and it is mentally very unpeaceful to be doing this all the day
