- Pathetic journey with RedBus Closed
This is regarding my pathetic journey last night with RedBus , let me share you in detail hell experience and I would say it was none less than Journey to Hell.
I am very much exhausted due to this and got even sick today. Much much Bad Experience Never wish anyone to have this in future.
First I booked the Ticket details in an already replied email which is *** more cost than the before rescheduled ticket. So the point is not about *** more, I expect a better journey so the next day I can wake up fresh and join the office.
Second No followup took from the driver or concerned person in fact not sharing bus details.
These * numbers who have a very pathetic behaviour in response to travel hospitality .
Third they arrange a van from nainital which was extremely in bad condition to be precise it's trvera and he drop us to some petrol pump and we took another auto by paying *** rs to go for traveller which is waiting at dominos.Again money was not the concern , concern is i was travelling with my wife in late night and with so much uncomfort by changing * vehicle .
Then last but the most pathetic one , traveller drop us to bus which is extremely in miserable condition and it was not as per i book via redbus, I booked lower A/C Sleeper and we got upper and very small size sleeper and bus was full of smell and un hygiene and Driver run it extremely bad and I can bet no one can sleep in that sleeper . A/C or blower was off, no curtain, no blanket , no water bottle. It makes this trip a nightmare .
I paid around **** for this trip and I had the absolutely worst journey.
Action I want :
Immediately redBus Team should investigate the whole scenario and right away cancel the partnership with these cheap and fraud agents because it shattered my trust in Redbus .
I need Full refund for this trip even though I should be compensatie to bear this all because I have landed this fraud team via Redbus so I demand it from the Redbus Team.
If no action would have taken then I will raise everything on all social handles FB/Twitter/LinkedIn/Insta everywhere .
Due to pathetic travel i am extremely pissed off.
To add one more point while traveling from Delhi to Nainital, the bus service was extremely good. That is why I booked a return ticket but I faced a bad phase.

I booked two seats and I cancelled that but the amount that I have paid is not credited back in my account ,but in the app it is shown that deposited in my account ..but it is not there .plz help...
