I am writing to express my frustration and disappointment with the poor customer service provided by Whirlpool company. I had purchased a Whirlpool AC for my home, and while the warranty period was over on **st March ****, I had only received one service during the one-year warranty period. Unfortunately, no one from your company informed me about the expiration of the warranty, nor did anyone contact me to schedule the second in-home service for the AC.
When I received a call from Ritu, a customer service representative from Whirlpool, on **st March ****, she informed me that my AC's warranty had expired and suggested that I should get an AMC done for the next one year. When I asked her to schedule the second service, which was pending since the previous warranty, she denied my request in a rude and unprofessional manner. I then requested to speak with her supervisor, Gauri, but she was also uncooperative and refused to provide the service. She asked for two days to check if they have called me for the service in December **** or not, but no information was shared with me.
After several attempts to follow up with your company, including talking to Ritu, Gauri, and Manish, I was still unable to get any response from your company. After ** days, I called back and reached out to Ritu, who was very rude over the call. She connected me with her supervisor Gauri, who connected me with her supervisor Manish. I explained everything to him, and he finally promised to assign someone for the AC service by **:** AM on **th April ****.
However, no one called, no email, and no service was scheduled. I tried calling Ritu, Gauri, and Manish, but they had blocked my number and were not answering my calls anymore. I then called Mr. Ajay (Quality Specialist Whirlpool) and explained everything to him. He promised to connect with Mr. Manish and set up a technician visit on **th Morning by **:** AM, but all in vain.
I have also suffered financially as I had to spend money on my mother's health due to the increasing temperature and the lack of AC service, as well as faced issues with my pet's health due to the same reason. I am highly disappointed with the way Whirlpool has handled my case. Despite repeated follow-ups, there has been no action taken, and my issue remains unresolved. I request you to take immediate action and get my AC service done at the earliest.
I have attached a screenshot from my call logs, which shows how many times I have called your customer service representatives, and I am sharing the numbers for each employee - Ritu (+** **********), Gauri Nagpal (+** **********), Manish (+** **********), and Ajay (+** **********).
I hope that you can understand my frustration and the inconvenience that I have faced due to the lack of proper customer service from your company. I request you to take strict actions against the employees who failed to provide proper service and take necessary steps to ensure that such incidents do not occur in the future. I'm also looking for compensation on spending my time, money & mind on various calls.
**If this issue is not resolved soon, I will have no choice but to report this to the consumer court and save others from facing such bad services from Whirlpool in the future.**
Summary: Despite having pending service, no one from Whirlpool informed me about the same. Upon requesting to get the pending service done, customer service representatives denied in a rude language. Despite repeated follow-ups, there has been no action taken, and my issue remains unresolved. Despite being a loyal customer, I have been facing numerous issues in getting the after-sales service done for my AC.
