Indian army transport parcel department - Parce delivery fraud

Myself Harshit Sharma , i have ordered a mobile phone (realme xt of rs ****) on **-**-**** from olx . Seller name was naveen singh tomar he is pretending to be an crpf officer he give is id proof:- dl, addhar ,crpf id he said he is sending parcel through indian army transport parcel department from bsf camp chandighar on march ** the courer boy ask for **% payment so i gave **** then he again ask for rest payment so i gave rest **** then he ask for some kind of late fine of rs **** and frighten me saying if i refuse he will cancel my parcel and i will be punished for canceling the amy parcel by * months of jail and ***** of fine so i gave him the rs again for fine of rs **** so in total i paid him rs ***** in paytm payments bank having no :-**********(munna roy)
and still i do not get the parcel
