I am the student of pondicherry University today evening around *.** pm in olx I saw scooty I made a call to that number it showed the price of the scooty is *****and i spoke to him for ***** and we finalise the price he told he is an army person and he is going to rto office and asked me to pay **** and then he asked me to pay **** by sending scanner and later he told he is in thindivanam our army delivery boy will reach there by ** to **minutes then made call and asked redcross check in and u have to pay remaining ***** and I have paid the amount and he told me the higher authority person will speak with meand i spoke with him he said he is his higher authority person and later they are asking me to pay **** amount more that they will return me back . And they are saying we are an army person beleive it like that
