- Panasonic not resolving problem and now denying replacement for my AC Open

I have been mentally harassed by Panasonic Team.
*) On March *, ****, I got my AC serviced through Panasonic. Charges paid INR ***/-
*) Mid-April I registered a complaint that my AC is not cooling. The service engineer told that there is gas leakage. I had a long debate with the service centre regarding this and finally got the gas-filled. Charges paid-INR ****/-
*) On July *rd I registered a complaint again that my AC is not cooling. It took more than ** hours instead of normal turn around time of ** hrs for a service engineer to be assigned to my case. This time again the service engineer said there is gas leakage. Finally, I was told that I would have to replace the coil for which warranty period is over and the warranty is valid only on the compressor for ** yrs. Again I paid INR ****/- for the repair.
*) On July **th my AC started leaking water from below the front panel. I called up the service centre directly as I was told that I have * months service warranty. The engineer came and fixed the problem.
*) On July **th, again AC is leaking water from below the front panel. This time it is worse. Leaking from all over. Finally, I registered a complaint again with Panasonic helpline and I was suggested to get in touch with the service centre and initiate a replacement of my product as there are very frequent problems in the product and product may be faulty.
*) I called up the service centre and they refused to initiate the replacement as the AC is not under warranty anymore.
*) Finally, after getting frustrated I registered a complaint in consumer forum https://consumerhelpline.gov.in/ docket number:*******
*) Now during today's visit first they tell me that there is water clogging may be due to pigeon problem. They were surprised to see when I finally told them that there are bird spikes already installed. Pic attached.
*) Now they found a fault in installation and are saying that the angle at which the AC is installed is incorrect. Again I did not fit the AC in the window * years back. It was the Panasonic team who did it.
**) Why everyone who visits finds fault in the guys who have worked on this AC before them.
**) When I asked why the new coil which has been replaced just ** days back is not connected properly, I am told that this is how it is. Even the holes for screws in the AC unit and the coil are not aligned because maybe the coil is not standard Panasonic product.
Someone, please help me get a replacement for my product. I have already escalated to Panasonic management as well but no help.
I am allowed to share only * attachment so sharing AC pic. I can share the service receipts and AC bill also.
