Panasonic ac - Defective Split AC Delivered no cooling

Hi Team,
I purchased Panasonic split AC on **th April **** from vijay sales Indirapuram orange county Ghaziabad. The installation of this AC was done on **th April **** and I paid Rs ****.** for installation. After installation I used this AC for two weeks and found that it is not giving me a strong cooling. I called customer care on *nd of May **** and the customer care representative told me that Panasonic will sent an engineer for check up as to why it is not cooling. Engineer called me on weekday and I told the engineer to come on weekend and instead of coming on weekend he closed my complain. Then again I logged second complain on **th May **** and on the same day engineer came and he told that "Sir cooling gas is low main cooling gas daal deta hu"
I told him that I will go for a replacement. Since last one month I am waiting for replacement but Panasonic company has not sent me the replacement AC and they are also not refunding me the amount. They are just playing politics.
Please look into the matter.
