Asian Paints - Painting

Painting didnt happen as per the design given by the provider....the outcome of the painting was not as per the design and colour promised by the Asian Paints...The sales Executive (Mr.Akshay)was not ready to explain the rectification process instead he trasfererred the case to technical team .As per Asian paint guidelines any complaint is to be addressed in ** hours but in ths case no response even after ** hrs...and asian paints gives irresponsible reply on ths....Hence would like to lodge consumer complaint on the negligence of the so called Asian Paints.
