Asian Paints - Defective Material

I bought the paint. And it turned out to be defective in nature. Even after addressing and making complain, the area execute promised me to compensate with new material.
He never delivered it and closed the complaint saying the matter is resolved.
I had to buy new material and had to bear loss with defected material and time waste.
