I ordered a phone on Amazon since I am their "Prime" subscriber and they showed "*-day delivery" on the product.
My previous phone stopped working in the night, thus an online order and not retail. And I had to order a new one urgently since I did not have a spare phone.
Now, the delivery guy who supposed to deliver this did not contact me once and cancelled the order by updating the system saying the order was refused at the address.
I contacted the customer service and they sent a replacement and the delivery guy canceled it again.
Now, due to this delivery guy, I am without a phone in an age where Everything requires an OTP that is sent to a registered number on that account. I am unable to use my bank services, make food delivery or communicate with anyone at all.
I had to get another phone later on since these days a phone is a need and not a luxury.
I contacted the customer service again on this phone and they are saying they cannot file for another replacement. Need help on this, I have not received my refund either.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
