I purchased a product from Myntra using my debit card. After that, I closed my account from which payment debited. After that Myntra is saying that they have refunded the amount to the account and the funds are lying with the bank.
The bank communicated that if an account is closed any amount credited to the account is transferred back to the account from which it is sent. Now the Myntra representatives are not doing anything to provide me with my refund.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
