I am appalled by Flipkart's sheer incompetence and lack of customer service. I placed an order (Order ID: OD******************) on **th October, and after I decided to return the product, my return request was approved. The pick-up was scheduled for *st November, and the refund was promised by *th November.
Today is *th November, and neither the product has been picked up nor have I received my refund. This blatant disregard for customer satisfaction is not only infuriating but also financially burdensome. I paid for the product using my credit card and now face additional charges due to Flipkart's delays.
Flipkart must be held accountable for this outrageous behavior. It's high time they face the consequences of their actions. The constant suffering of customers due to their inefficiency is absolutely unacceptable.
I demand immediate action, compensation for the extra charges incurred, and stringent penalties imposed on Flipkart for their blatant negligence.
