I ordered from Pakwaan restaurant in Hyderabad, waiting for the order. I didn't receive the order when I called the delivery executive. He said that he cancelled the order because of inability to reach out and without calling informing cancelled my order and returned back. Now cancellation charges are levied for the next order which I never cancelled.
Even after explaining I didn't expect pathetic service by customer care its like cheating and exploiting customers.
