Mynta - Package returned but refund not done

Ordered shoe on *th december ****
Delivery on **th december and returned it on **th December.
I got the email From myntra that refund is in process and kindly contact to the bank support team.
I went to the bank also but they are denying the refund amount has not processed and told me to call to myntra .It's been * months that I didn't get the money back .I have written the application to the bank regarding the same..
Myntra customer care team,they just least bother about my money they tell me to call and ask ti.the bank...
I am roaming around the bank for * months
I have done the payment by online transaction by my debit card .
My account number is *********** (SBI)
