Bavincis - Package returned but no refund received

I ordered the Sunglasses and got it delivered on **th April ****.To my surprise when I tried the product it was nothing like what they mentioned. They promised that this glass will give good visual effect. They have also explicitly mentioned that they would refund me *** % if the product didn’t meet the expectation. Since the product didn’t work the way, they claimed to work, I ordered for a refund. The procedure was followed via a what’s app contact number +** **********. They collected the product with their delivery partner and they got their product at Surat on May **, ****. Since then, I have been following them for a refund, but they never refunded me. I said I’ll appeal consumer court if I didn’t get my refund, then they sent me a broken payment link where it states that I have to be given a refund of **** rupees. Actually, they collected **** rupees. And it's still in the state “Need to be approved”. Now its more than a month and I’m yet to get my refund. I'm not getting proper response and its frustrating me. I need help in getting my refund.
