Bavincis - Refund Not Received

I am writing with increasing frustration regarding my unprocessed refund for the Bavincis Rebel Brown And Brown Edition Sunglasses.
After returning the product, I did not receive any refund. No matter how many times I contact them, they seem to have only one response: "Some technical issue from razorpayX end it will resolve soon and it will be credited to YOUR account as soon as", in the same broken English. It's been more than * months since I returned the product yet this is the case.
