On **th May **** I ordered my * phone cases from the website ie. Ink me silly. it's been more than **-** days they haven't dispatch my parcel and even they are not responding to me. Their mobile number is also switched off.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
