I have placed two orders from this website.
My first product delivered to me almost after a month & that too different from what I ordered. I have placed return request but no respond came from their end.
Again I placed an order * days before but till now no update recieved on specific product. Kindly check the details if possible.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
