I had ordered an apparel set from Kurtiset.com through their Instagram link on October **th, ****. I had paid the bill through my GPay account at the time of order. They had sent a mail confirming my payment and my order on the same day. On **th October,**** they sent a Mail as well as a Message (SMS) stating my item has been shipped. Till now I haven't received my order and I have sent multiple Mails asking for updates but I didn't receive any reply from them.
