We had ordered the LG refrigerator on **/**/**** to our mumbai residence, agreed date of delivery was **/**/****. which they failed to deliver. we raised two complaints in next * days through calling over the customer care number. Still today **/**/**** their staff is not able to get read of the problem faced by consumers.
