Charlette Secret - Package not delivered

I placed an order on Charlette Secret website after seeing their ad on Instagram.
I spent ₹xxxx on * products and was promised delivery of the same within a week. After a week, I received a parcel with only one item and not even what I had ordered.
I went on their website to check how I can raise a complaint and return what I had received - the website stated that they had a fall out with their Indian partner and will refund the money within a month and also, that we are supposed to keep or discard the wrong parcel received, since it can't be returned.
I have waited a month and no refund has been made yet. I feel so helpless now. It's been such a horrible experience!
