Flip cart - Package not delivered

I have ordered Motortola G* powerlite mobile phone on **/**/**** which was suppose to deliver by **/**/****. But they haven't so i have contacted them and they have promised to deliver it before **/**/****. Again which was not happen hence I called them and they give me the new expected delivery date which is **/**/****, so I have simply ask for the tracking details and tracking number. They first time confirm that they are also not able to track the package and one of the senior person Anish promised me to give the tracking details and numbers in next ** hours. Unfortunately no one turns up with the same so I have again spend another half an hour to hear that "Sir please wait till **th". When ever I call them they just reading the screen which we can do it from our end. So customer support is useless.
