Delhivery team is not picking up the order. When search with the tracking ID (*************) in Delhivery courier portal. It is showing in their portal that our executive is out for pick up and it is showing for *rd June. But they are saying that
The pickup request for shipment with AWB (*************) was cancelled with remarks "QC Fail". Please reach out to your merchant (AMAZONCRETURNS) for further assistance.
Can someone from your team take some strict action against delhivery courier as it looks like they are not cooperating.
