I made a pre-paid order from Mivi's website mivi.in on **-Jul-**. The order number is R*********. The order contains * piece of Rock & Roll W* Wired Earphones (Color: Blue) and * piece of ThunderBeats Wireless Earphones. The order was confirmed on the same day i.e. **-Jul-** itself. Then, on **-Jul-**, they sent me a shipment confirmation mail with a tracking number (i.e. ***********) with BlueDart, but when I tried to track my package on BlueDart's website, it's showing that tracking number doesn't exist. Mivi gave me fake tracking number.
It's been * days since I placed the order and made the payment, I have not received my product yet. I tried their customer support number (which is +************) and also mailed them on support@mivi.in couple of times, but no response from their side.
I want full refund of my money. I don't wanna do business with a fraudulent company like Mivi.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
