I had ordered a Cannon ink catridge worth Rs *** from Lt online store and paid via UPI on *th june, ****. But till now the product has not been delivered to me and it is only showing the status of PROCESSING. No customer service is picking up the helpline phone and no one is responding to the emails. It is very pathetic condition from Lt online. If they cant deliver the product, then why are they accepting the orders. They are just acting like a thieves. I want the full return of my money as soon as possible.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
