We have Purchased goods from jaipur , supplier booked it through Delhivery Courier Pvt.Ltd on *rd june ****. Package reached Lucknow hub on *th June ****. we have not been contacted by courier people , nor anyone came to deliver . we have complained on June **th on Customer care mail , they assured everyday that it will be delivered, but today is **th June , no whereabout of our package . Ours is a red zone , but we are receiving deliveries from all major couriers like Fedex, xpressbess . attached email copy, tracking details and payment receipt.
