Pramesha Biswas filed complaint against Delhivery Courier Pvt Ltd on Feb 1, 2021
I had shipped around * boxes and * bags from Mumbai to Noida on **th nov **** through AYS Logistic company in Mumbai. And on *th dec **** i received only * packages and my one bag is till missing. I have been following up with both companies through mail but they kept on saying "we will update you soon. We are working on it." What i don't get is if the packages are shipped and every package had barcode on it how can it be misplaced or whatever they did.
