Skyking Courier Service - Package not delivered

I have an Okinawa Praise Pro electric vehicle which I bought for my daily commute of ** KM (Home to office and vice versa). I have been using it for the last * months. Just before the lock-down in March my charger broke down which I have sent for replacement to the company, but because the lock-down was extended till May I thought of buying a new charger from the Okinawa dealer in Dhanbad and get it couriered to my place so that I can use my electric vehicle for my daily commute. So, the dealer tried sending the charger to me by DTDC but the courier company denied as they were unable to reach the parcel on time, that's good So the dealer tried Skyking courier and they said normally it takes *-* days to reach the parcel but due to lock-down limited nos. of vehicles are on the go so it will take *-* days. I agreed with the fact. Now the problem is the charger was shipped to me on **th May, **** and I have not yet received any parcel till date, the best part it that I have contacted the Kolkata Hub, the source and the destination offices as well but none of them can even confirm that they have received the package or not. I have also sent an e-mail to the company but no response till date. I am using a petrol bike to fulfill my daily commute and spending on fuel everyday which will result in increase of the loss amount by every day passes. Please also note that the loss amount can further increase if my vehicle battery gets damaged or Tyre gets damaged because its been parked in my garage since then.
