I am. I touch with this branch company from Pune and Mumbai they have accepted a parcel not of my area and now it’s sent back to Mumbai either office are not taking any action or helping in tracing out. Neither are they saying it will be refunded. They have misplaced my dress or used it . Since Divali it’s not traced.
