Three Dot Store - PACKAGE NOT DELIVERED

There were many promotions going over Facebook and Instagram which made my visit the website www.threedotstore.com and I found few lucrative offers being offered on apparels.
I found a pair of jeans and two pair of shoes fitting in budget for first time buy from a new website and also the products were within a price range of ***.**.
The order was placed upon upfront payment as there was no option of cash on delivery. The email confirming order was received immediately and a message displaying time frame of *-** working days for delivery was received. The order was placed on *rd March **** under their order No. TWS****. Track your shipment option was also shared which initially showed that the order is being prepared for delivery however even till today morning the message displayed same. Following this message aroused doubt in my mind and I started searching google to found so many complaints against the company Three Dots.
I had further found out a phone number *x**xx**** of some Manoj Kumar who informed me that the order stands cancelled and my refund can be arranged by Google pay. For refund I have to share a message which would be sent and the transaction could finally come to rest.
His way of talking and asking for a mobile transaction message to get back my refund was not suited to me and thereby i asked him to return my money back to my credit card from which the company has received the payment. After having a long discussion on refund method he abused me and disconnected the phone call. At present he has blocked my number and has not been taking my calls.
He referred me a number on which the message was to be forwarded +** ********xx, while the message was received from ***x*****x.

Please help!!!
