I ordered a few jeans seeing the advertisement in instagram on March *rd and even after a month i did not receive the product. I wrote the site a couple of emails but they tend to not reply for any. I got their contact no from google and when i called someone answered the call and i was informed that the order got cancelled and asked me to do few usual procedure which they said was part of their repayment policy.
The procedure what they asked me to do was very strange and i realised they where trying to hack my UPI code. When i asked them for the same the person started abusing me. I was held helpless and end up doing nothing.
Request you to look into the matter on high priority, so that no other consumers will be a victim of this fraudulent site.
