Flipkart - Package not delivered

I oredered Realme XT from flipkart on *th oct and they promise me to deliver it by **th oct the product reaches to my nearest hub by *th oct and they didn't deliver it to me on **th oct the product was sent back to motherhub i waited till **th and i didn;t receive my product when i contact to the flipkart customer care they said they will deliver it on **th oct but on **th i didn't receive my product again i contact to the flipkart they said on next day it will deliver to you but agian i didn't receive it and finally they give me the time of **nd oct and till now i didn't receive my product and the product was sent back to the motherhub
