Paytm Mall - Package not delivered

I ordered a product on **th August **** from Paytm mall and on **th August it shows me delivered to my address. Although I don't get any call from delivery guy. But later I know that no one received my product from my family or my neighbor/building guard. I raised a complaint regarding this on **th August only that the product was not delivered to me. And they show me a proof of delivery that a guy name Chatan who received my product although there is no one in my building with this name. I acknowledge Paytm the same and after a long investigation they have this resolution that they delivered my product to Chatan and they can't do anything about it. Although they don't have any confirmation from my side to deliver my product to someone else. From **th August I frequently follow up with them and finally they gave me this resolution which is not acceptable at all. As a customer I got harassed by them and they cheated me. I know it's a very small amount but still as a valuable honest customer I have my right to raise this concern. Currently I'm very helpless now because they cheated me. Please help me out
