Paytm Mall - Not responding for my return request

Hello,
This is merukumar shah. I ordered apple earpods pro from paytm mall with order id *********** and i got product is look like duplicate one so i place return request for refund for fake and duplicate under category. On **rd april after that representative ask for additional information and photos and i gave everything on next day **th april. Since that day there is not a single update on my return request. My complaint ticket no is *********.
I tried to contact paytm through application but not get any success. Since * week no response no update nothing this is too much.
