I placed an order on * th July for * items,out of which only one was delivered by jabong.the other * items are still shown as being in transit.It has been ** days.I have made nearly ** phone calls to be assured every time that as it is late ,the order will be cancelled and refund initiated.But no response after that.The cycle then repeats.Their executives now tell me that the order is in transit so can't be cancelled from their end.So as and when it comes to my doorstep,I should refuse delivery and then they will refund my money.That is an absolutely senseless statement to make.
I really regret time and energy I have spent talking to these people.
What an utter waste .
