Prakhar Shrivastava filed complaint against Jabong on Jun 27, 2019
I had ordered shorts from Jabong and they were delivered without price tags.
As soon as I received the product (within ** minutes) I wrote a mail at Jabong care about the incident(I have proof).
After * days and a few exchange of mails they said that they won’t be able to take the shorts back as they won’t be able to resell them without price tags. So how can they expect me to accept the shorts without price tags in the first place?!
