Out of * items I ordered * have not been delivered by Jabong but are shown delivered on the website . After multiple emails and customer care calls, all I got each time was extension of date in resolving the issue. They are not at all interested to find the problem and tell me but just testing my patience.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
