Dtdc Courier - Package not delivered

I booked a shipment on **th April from Katpadi (Vellore)-****** to Varanasi-****** my house. On **th April, a person from Dtdc Varanasi contacted me on phone and misbehaved with me and rudely refused to deliver my parcel to my house. Although, I was assured at the time of booking from the Dtdc Katpadi that the area is serviceable and the parcel will be delivered to my house. On **th April, I contacted the Dtdc Katpadi person regarding the issue and he reassured me that the parcel will be delivered to my house by tomorrow and again I contacted him on the next day he said the same thing and this went on for the next *-* days and then he stopped answering my call. In the meantime, I mailed Dtdc customer support regarding my issue to which they replied after * days, asking for address and contact number to which I replied in an hour after which I didn't receive any mail from Dtdc. On **th April, I contacted Dtdc customer support Chennai on phone and they informed me that my shipment has been returned to Chennai because they didn't receive any reply to their mail (even though, I did reply to them). Neither there was any attempt of delivering the parcel nor there was any call or mail from their side and they returned the shipment. From the past ** days, I've been constantly wasting *-* hours of my day in contacting Dtdc Katpadi and Dtdc customer support. There hasn't been any attempt to resolve any issue instead they either ask me to hold the line or they don't answer.
