Street Style Store - Package not delivered

I placed an order with Street Style Store on */**/****. My expected order delivery date has exceeded by almost * weeks and the customer service doesn't answer calls and the support number which is a computer automated voice call keeps of saying that my order has been given priority dispatch status and yet they keep shifting the date by *-* days each time I check the delivery. I tried tracking with the courier company delivery with the order reference number from SSS but it says order not found kindly check the number. There's no other way I can track my order. It's not fair that their customer service doesn't respond and I haven't received my order within the expected delivery date despite making the payment at the time of order.
