I have put up return request but instead of getting the money in my original account I am getting a "credit code" On the same website. I don't plan to buy anything from this website anymore and i need the money in my account not as some code voucher which is useless.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
