* pants show delivered even though it was not delivered.
we were on a trip for ** days, when we came back, filed a complaint and this is the reply i get:
"I a sorry to informed you that As per our policy mentioned in the Disclaimer section of our Terms of Use, in case of any dispute with the delivery status of the order, customers are requested to notify us within * days from the date of delivery"
