Mynta Designs Pvt Ltd - RETURN OF PRODUCT

I have placed an order No. ******-******* ******* on */*/** with Myntra (online delivery store)FOR A VALUE OF RS. ***. I have placed a return request as the size does not suit our requirement vide return request ID. **********. The return policy is no question asked and product should not be used / washed / and price tag in tact. As per return policy, the product was not used / washed / and price tag was in tact. Whereas as the pick up agent who came to pick up the return product claimed that the product has quality issue and refused to take the return. I have spoken to Myntra Customer care several times and explained that we have not done any material damage and the product is being return as received. Myntra is not at all accepting the same and refused to take the return and refund the money which is against the return policy. They are saying that the product was delivered after quality check which I need to accept whereas they will not accept my version that I have not done any damage to the product and is being return as received. They are taking the customer for a ride. I have been put to lot of mental agony since they are cheating me by sending a defective product and not accepting the take the return of the product and refund of the amount.
