Shopclues.com - Package not delivered

I ordered sandals on **rd of jan at shopclues through ecod which means i can pay at any time before courie handle product to me , on ** th it shows out for delivery i contacted courier please carry swiping machine they accepted my request but end of the day he didn't bring that,,,any way next day i paid through shopclues website there my problems start, daily out for delivery and consingee not avaliable like that they updated....if i called courier they replied like we didn't receive payment information from shopclues,after if i called shopclues they replied we send payment information to courier this is what happend they were playnig with like anything.after paying money it is almost over a week and almost ** days from the date of order daily i called them regarding deliver the product no proper response.....finally simply they are saying it was returned you want means order it again....now it was heigher price then later above all it was a nice gift which i thought i will give it to my loving brother.....i am very much frustated ,iritated with this two people regards money i think i may not loose but they kill my valuable time......please i want to take action on them please help me.........
