we are going to the pvr cinema hall,Rourkela to watch the movies . where we ticket for the movies satyaprem ki katha show at **.** pm but they gave us *.** show ticket and we didn't see the timing *.** we confirmed that our show is at **.** pm .After coming to the pvr cinema at **.** the movie had already started .we asked the manager of pvr cinema regarding this but he didn't respond to us properly.
