Pvr Cinema - Title PVR Passport Not Activated Even After Successful Payment No Response

I purchased the PVR Passport worth ₹*** on *th June **** at *:** AM, and the amount was successfully deducted from my account. However, I have not received any confirmation or activation of the Passport benefits on my PVR account.

I also disabled autopay right after the transaction, but this should not impact the activation of the current subscription. Despite this, I have received no communication, email, or access to my PVR Passport.

PVR support has been unresponsive so far. I request immediate action to either activate my PVR Passport or process a full refund.
