I ordered * items worth **k on January **th and **th i.e after their office hours. Since the processing time was * month which I did not have to spare I called them on January **th asking to cancel the order and since work had not been started issue a refund for the same. They said the order would reach me by January end and on January **rd conveyed that the items have been dispatched. When I messaged on Whatsapp asking for courier details to track, they are neither replying to my messages nor picking up my calls, when I call from another number they hang up immediately upon hearing my name. I want a full refund from this company!!
