I had ordered "All in one combo" for birthday from https://floratree.com/. The package is not delivered at all. After knowing the issue they are not even picking up the phone. The mail id given for refunds (wecare@floratree.com) is not working at all and bouncing back the mails.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
