Flora Tree - Package not delivered and never got refund

I ordered a cake to surprise my husband on his trip, anyway, the order was never delivered. On calling them they said they'll refund in ** hours yet at this point, I've not got any refund and now they would not pick the call nor answer on the mail. Now I see many complaints of the same pattern, clearly, they are cheating to all.
