Hi Sir/Ma'am, I had placed an order for a * seater dining table on **th September (Order# OD******************) and the expected delivery date was on or before *th Oct. Obviously Flipkart is never able to keep up to its SLA and so it was not delivered on time. The next casual SLA given to me was **th Oct. Finally, after a lot of to and fro communication throughout the day, we got the product on **nd October finally.( After delay of ** days). After receiving the product, I saw that a wrong product has been delivered. I ordered for 'Dark Walnut Finish' with upholstery colour grey. However this was not delivered to me. I was sent 'Lime Combo Walnut Finish' with upholstery colour creme. I created a replacement of the product on **rd October itself. I was told that by **th October, a technician will come and approve the return but that never happened. On the app, it was showing me a pickup date of *ndNov initially, later again it was postponed to *th Nov. Till now nothing has been done, no pick up has happened. Flipkart is not helping in this regard at all. As a customer, I am currently clueless about my order. My money has been blocked for more than a month now(**+ days) and I am stuck with useless cartons lying all over my living room, with not even a whiff of clarity as to when I can see the actual product(which was SEEN and ORDERED on the app). Currently the app shows the SLA of **th Nov, *.* months time from the day I had placed the order, but that even SLA does not seem to be on track. What do I do? Whom do I complain? My money is blocked, I didn't get the product is required. I have to keep the useless big cartons at my place. After opening a complaint with consumer helpline(Grievance number: *******), the company officials reached me and after a lot of to and fro got the wrong product picked up. But the same casualness is now going for delivery of the correct product. They have already changed the delivery date multiple times and still I have not got the product. The consumer helpline too has not been helpful as with flipkart just saying once that the customer is unreachable, they disposed the complaint without waiting for my feedback. I have had more than ** calls with them where they only give different reasons for pushing SLAs. While, I have reopened the INGRAM complaint, I have no hope at all.. Almost two months that I have not got the product.
Now they have casually updated the SLA from **th November to *rd December.
